In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless shopping experiences for Flipkart customers. The position is fully remote, offers flexible hours, and provides a platform to learn, grow, and develop skills in e-commerce and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, products, returns, refunds, and other issues.
- Maintain high-quality communication standards—accurate, professional, and timely.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer problems efficiently.
- Track orders, provide shipment updates, and manage order cancellations.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow data security protocols.
- Provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Document all customer interactions in the service database.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using computer applications, internet, CRM systems, and order management tools.
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and professional conduct.
Experience
- No prior experience required – freshers welcome.
- Experience in customer service or remote work is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Flexible hours covering Flipkart operating times: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM IST.
- Employees can select morning, evening, or night shifts based on convenience.
