Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, products, returns, refunds, and other issues.
  • Maintain high-quality communication standards—accurate, professional, and timely.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer problems efficiently.
  • Track orders, provide shipment updates, and manage order cancellations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow data security protocols.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Document all customer interactions in the service database.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using computer applications, internet, CRM systems, and order management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and professional conduct.

Experience

  • No prior experience required – freshers welcome.
  • Experience in customer service or remote work is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Flexible hours covering Flipkart operating times: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM IST.
  • Employees can select morning, evening, or night shifts based on convenience.
