• Clearly explain product features and benefits to prospective customers
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and performance
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
• Participate in training programs and team meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of telesales or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in e-commerce or retail sales is an added advantage

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with multiple shift options
• Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week
