As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve queries, handling complaints, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Shift: Rotational (24/7 operations)

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and a solution-focused approach
  • Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, refunds, and product information
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams for faster resolution
  • Work closely with team members to improve customer support processes
  • Stay updated on Flipkart policies, products, and service updates
  • Meet performance targets related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet usage)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
  • Good organizational and time-management skills

Experience Requirements

  • Freshers with a strong interest in customer service are welcome
  • Experienced candidates with prior customer support or call center experience preferred
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail support is an added advantage

Working Hours

  • Full-time roles with rotational shifts (24/7 support)
  • Part-time roles may be available based on business needs
