Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, product details, and general queries.
  • Resolve complaints by providing accurate information and following company service standards.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and customer-focused approach at all times.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle multiple systems.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and empathetic in challenging situations.

Experience

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or e-commerce support is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Full-Time: 8 hours per day, 5–6 days per week.
  • Part-Time: 4–5 hours per day with flexible shifts.
  • Rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays, may apply based on business requirements.
