This remote role allows you to provide exceptional assistance to customers, resolve queries efficiently, and maintain Flipkart’s high service standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, product information, and general queries.
  • Resolve complaints by providing accurate information while following Flipkart service guidelines.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful tone, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to performance metrics, including response time, quality, and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Customer-oriented attitude, empathetic and calm in difficult situations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Experience

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in customer service, BPO, or e-commerce support is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Full-Time: 8 hours/day, 5–6 days/week
  • Part-Time: 4–5 hours/day (flexible shifts)
  • Rotational shifts may apply, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
