Job Summary
Flipkart, one of India’s leading e-commerce companies, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team. This remote role allows you to provide exceptional assistance to customers, resolve queries efficiently, and maintain Flipkart’s high service standards. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, offering flexibility and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, product information, and general queries.
- Resolve complaints by providing accurate information while following Flipkart service guidelines.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
- Maintain a positive and helpful tone, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to performance metrics, including response time, quality, and efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Customer-oriented attitude, empathetic and calm in difficult situations.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in customer service, BPO, or e-commerce support is an advantage but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Full-Time: 8 hours/day, 5–6 days/week
- Part-Time: 4–5 hours/day (flexible shifts)
- Rotational shifts may apply, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
