As a Call Center Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with order-related inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer queries related to orders, payments, returns, and product information.
  • Provide accurate information and follow up on customer requests until resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on company policies, products, and promotions to provide accurate assistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (regional languages are a plus).
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of customer service or call center experience (freshers are welcome).
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or retail support is an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shift timings, including morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
