Job Summary
Flipkart is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join its remote call center team. As a Call Center Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with order-related inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service from the comfort of your home. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, payments, returns, and product information.
- Provide accurate information and follow up on customer requests until resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and promotions to provide accurate assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (regional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Experience
- 0–2 years of customer service or call center experience (freshers are welcome).
- Previous experience in e-commerce or retail support is an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Flexible shift timings, including morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
