Job Description

Flipkart / Amazon are hiring Customer Support Executives for work-from-home roles. This opportunity is open for both freshers and experienced candidates who have good communication skills and required technical setup at home.

Job Details

  • Working Days: 6 days per week
  • Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
  • Salary: ₹18,000 CTC (₹14,500 in-hand approx.)
  • Shift: Rotational shifts (may include weekends)
  • Mode: Work From Home

System Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Own Laptop (i5 processor)
  • 8 GB RAM
  • Windows 10
  • Stable Wi-Fi connection (25 Mbps upload & download)
  • Power backup required

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Assist with order tracking, returns, refunds, and product information.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Update customer details in system tools.

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
  • Customer-friendly attitude and patience.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Problem-solving ability and adaptability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.
  • Freshers can apply.
  • Prior BPO or customer support experience is a plus.
