Flipkart / Amazon are hiring Customer Support Executives for work-from-home roles. This opportunity is open for both freshers and experienced candidates who have good communication skills and required technical setup at home.
Job Details
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
- Salary: ₹18,000 CTC (₹14,500 in-hand approx.)
- Shift: Rotational shifts (may include weekends)
- Mode: Work From Home

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email.
- Assist with order tracking, returns, refunds, and product information.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Update customer details in system tools.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
- Customer-friendly attitude and patience.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Problem-solving ability and adaptability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior BPO or customer support experience is a plus.
