Job Details
- Work Mode: Work From Home
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Week Off: 1 Rotational Off
- Salary: ₹18,000 CTC (₹14,500 In-Hand)
- Interview Process: HR Round → Operations Round → AMCAT Assessment
Key Responsibilities
Customer Assistance
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns effectively
Order Management
- Track customer orders and shipments
- Ensure timely delivery and updates
Product Knowledge
- Maintain updated knowledge of products, services, and offers
- Guide customers with correct information
Problem Resolution
- Address complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Provide quick and effective solutions
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
- Customer-focused attitude
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers can apply
- Prior customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory)
