Job Summary

As a FLEX Senior Manager, Partner Campaign Reporting, you will play a critical role in executing Marriott’s Partner Campaign Reporting program. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Partner Campaign Reporting Strategy, you will be responsible for delivering accurate measurement, insightful reporting, and actionable analytics to Marriott’s advertising partners.

This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, analytics expertise, and cross-functional collaboration. You will design and manage reporting dashboards, translate complex performance data into advertiser-friendly insights, and support the evolution of Marriott’s measurement and reporting capabilities across digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Lead execution of Marriott’s Partner Campaign Reporting function
  • Define and standardize KPIs, reporting templates, and dashboards for advertisers
  • Translate campaign performance data into clear insights and strategic recommendations
  • Support the measurement and reporting roadmap in partnership with senior leadership
  • Manage and mentor Partner Campaign Reporting Managers
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Partnerships to align reporting with business objectives
  • Work cross-functionally with analytics, measurement, and marketing teams to deliver customized reporting solutions
  • Design, customize, troubleshoot, and maintain advertiser-specific dashboards
  • Respond to all advertiser inquiries related to campaign measurement and reporting
  • Validate campaign data accuracy and ensure data quality and consistency
  • Identify and evaluate optimization opportunities using a data-driven approach
  • Contribute to the development of new analytical models, pipelines, and visualization tools

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, digital marketing, or analytics-driven roles
  • Strong background in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with digital marketing measurement frameworks and reporting models
  • Knowledge of experimentation and measurement methodologies including:
    • A/B testing
    • Matched market testing
    • Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
    • Synthetic control
    • Statistical sampling & hypothesis testing
  • Familiarity with media channels, MarTech, AdTech, audience segmentation, and customer data strategies
  • Proven ability to present complex analytical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of data privacy, data quality management, Agile methodologies, and modern marketing best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Experience with SQL and PySpark
  • Familiarity with media advertising reporting platforms and tools
