Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making
• Prepare financial reports including budget forecasts, revenue projections, and expense tracking
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
• Ensure financial accuracy through audits, reconciliations, and compliance checks

Strategic Planning & Business Partnership

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to develop financial strategies aligned with company objectives
• Support the annual and long-range planning processes
• Provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth and profitability
• Identify and evaluate cost-saving opportunities

Budget & Performance Management

• Monitor budgets and operating expenses for Echo products
• Track financial performance against targets and highlight variances
• Recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Market & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Analyze industry and market trends to inform financial decisions
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other cross-functional teams
• Partner with external vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness

Communication & Process Improvement

• Translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in financial planning and reporting processes
• Foster a culture of innovation and customer obsession through financial rigor
