Do you love turning beautiful designs into high-performing, animated, and conversion-focused websites? MyMarketingPass, a fast-growing U.S.-based marketing agency, is expanding its development team — and we want builders who can bring designs to life with precision, speed, and creativity.

We already have incredible designers — now we need developers who can make every pixel perfect.

What You’ll Do

As our Web Developer, you’ll take finalized designs (Figma, PSD, etc.) and:

  • Build full websites in WordPress using Elementor
  • Ensure pages match designs exactly (or even improve them)
  • Add motion, animation, and interactions to make sites feel alive
  • Optimize mobile responsiveness and ultra-clean layouts
  • Choose or enhance stock imagery smartly to tell a visual story
  • Fix layout, spacing, alignment, and responsiveness issues
  • Improve site speed, structure, and plugin performance
  • Deliver completed sites ready for QA
  • Work on multiple builds each week

Required Skills

You must have:

  • Strong experience in WordPress + Elementor development
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Reliable communication skills
  • Fast and efficient workflow
  • Strong sense of layout, spacing, and visual balance
  • Ability to choose/edit stock imagery when needed
  • Ability to follow instructions with precision

Bonus Skills (Highly Desirable)

  • HTML/CSS fundamentals
  • WooCommerce, Webflow, Shopify, Wix
  • Thinkific, LearnDash, Kajabi
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Redirects (301 vs 302)
  • SSL and hosting basics

  • Understanding of procedural vs OOP logic
