About the Role

Do you love turning beautiful designs into high-performing, animated, conversion-focused websites? MyMarketingPass is expanding its development team, and we need talented WordPress developers who can bring Figma/PSD designs to life with precision, creativity, and attention to detail.

As a developer here, you focus purely on building websites — no client calls, no customer issues, just clear, organized tasks and polished designs to implement.

What You’ll Do

  • Build websites inside WordPress using Elementor, matching designs perfectly — or making them even better.
  • Add motion, animation, and interactive elements to enhance user experience.
  • Ensure sites are mobile-optimized, ultra-clean, and fully responsive.
  • Improve speed, plugin performance, and website structure.
  • Fix layout, spacing, alignment, and responsiveness issues.
  • Make design improvements proactively without needing micromanagement.
  • Handle multiple builds weekly, delivering QA-ready sites.

  • Strong experience with WordPress + Elementor development
  • Excellent attention to detail and layout sense
  • Reliable communication and proactive work ethic
  • Fast, efficient, and clean coding workflow
  • Ability to choose/edit stock imagery and follow instructions precisely
