Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer with strong expertise in WordPress, Elementor, and CSS to transform high-quality design assets into fully functional, responsive, and performance-optimized websites. This role focuses purely on development execution — no direct client communication — allowing developers to concentrate on craftsmanship, animation, and user experience improvements.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about building visually engaging websites with smooth motion, clean layouts, and excellent mobile responsiveness. Key Responsibilities

  • Convert finalized design files (Figma, PSD, or similar) into fully functional WordPress websites using Elementor.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of layouts while enhancing visual quality where appropriate.
  • Implement animations, motion effects, and interactive elements to improve user engagement.
  • Optimize websites for mobile responsiveness, performance, and speed.
  • Troubleshoot layout, spacing, alignment, and responsiveness issues across devices and browsers.
  • Improve site structure, plugin efficiency, and overall performance optimization.
  • Select and enhance stock images to support visual storytelling when needed.
  • Deliver completed websites ready for quality assurance and deployment.
  • Manage multiple website builds simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
  • Communicate progress clearly with the internal team and meet project deadlines reliably.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience developing websites using WordPress and Elementor.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and UI/UX fundamentals.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and fix visual inconsistencies.
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Reliable communication and professional work ethic.
