We are looking for a highly skilled Web Developer to turn polished designs into high-performing, animated, and conversion-focused websites. At MyMarketingPass, you’ll focus purely on building websites — no client communication required. You’ll work with Figma, PSD, and other design assets, bringing them to life with precision, responsiveness, and creativity.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Convert finalized design assets into full WordPress websites using Elementor
  • Ensure pixel-perfect designs with proper spacing, alignment, and responsiveness
  • Add motion, animations, and interactive elements for an engaging experience
  • Optimize mobile layouts, site speed, structure, and plugin performance
  • Use smart judgment for stock images and visual storytelling
  • Work efficiently and deliver ready-to-QA websites
  • Handle multiple builds per week while maintaining high quality
  • Continuously improve websites proactively without needing micromanagement
