MyMarketingPass, a fast-growing U.S.-based marketing agency, is expanding our development team. We already have incredible designers — now we need skilled builders who can bring those designs to life with precision, speed, and creativity.

🎯 What You’ll Do

You’ll take finalized design assets (Figma, PSD, etc.) and build full websites inside WordPress using Elementor.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Transform designs into fully functional, pixel-perfect websites
  • Add motion, animation, and interactive elements to elevate user experience
  • Ensure flawless mobile responsiveness
  • Use smart judgment when selecting stock images or enhancing visual storytelling
  • Maintain clean structure and optimized plugin performance
  • Improve website speed and technical performance
  • Fix spacing, alignment, and layout issues proactively
  • Deliver completed websites ready for QA
  • Handle multiple builds weekly with efficiency and consistency

  • Strong WordPress + Elementor development experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Fast and efficient workflow
  • Strong layout, spacing, and visual balance instincts

  • Solid HTML/CSS fundamentals

  • Basic SQL understanding
  • Knowledge of redirects (301 vs 302)
  • SSL and hosting fundamentals
  • Modular design thinking
  • Understanding of procedural vs OOP concepts
