Job Description

Company: MyMarketingPass
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time / Long-Term

About the Role

Are you passionate about turning beautiful designs into high-performing, animated, and conversion-focused websites? MyMarketingPass, a fast-growing U.S.-based marketing agency, is expanding our development team and looking for skilled Web Developers to help us bring creative designs to life.

If you’re the type of developer who notices spacing issues before anyone else, gets excited about micro-animations, smart motion, and perfectly responsive layouts, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Take finalized design assets (Figma/PSD/etc.) and build full websites inside WordPress using Elementor.
  • Ensure the pages match designs precisely — and enhance them even further.
  • Add motion, animations, and interactions to bring the site to life.
  • Optimize websites for mobile responsiveness, ensuring clean layouts across all devices.
  • Use smart judgment when selecting stock images or enhancing visual stories.
  • Build efficiently while maintaining high quality.
  • Fix layout issues, spacing, alignment, and responsiveness.
  • Improve website speed, structure, and plugin performance.
  • Work quickly and communicate reliably to meet deadlines.
  • Deliver completed sites ready for QA and testing.
  • Handle multiple builds each week.

Why This Role is Awesome

  • Tons of consistent work (40+ hours per week if you want it).
  • Long-term role with opportunities for raises and promotions.
  • Work with a friendly, upbeat team that values your craftsmanship.
  • No dealing with clients — all communication and expectations are handled by our internal team.
  • Focus purely on building great websites without client drama.
  • A chance to grow into senior roles within the company.

Required Skills

You must have:

  • Strong WordPress + Elementor development experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Good communication and reliability.
  • Fast and efficient building workflow.
  • Strong sense for layout, spacing, and visual balance.
  • Ability to choose and edit stock imagery when needed.
  • Ability to follow instructions with precision and care.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals.
  • Experience with WooCommerce, Webflow, Shopify, or Wix.
  • Familiarity with Thinkific, LearnDash, or Kajabi.
  • Basic SQL understanding.
  • Knowledge of redirects (301 vs 302).
  • Familiarity with SSL and hosting basics.
  • Experience with modular design thinking.
  • Understanding of procedural vs OOP logic.

The Ideal Developer

  • You take pride in shipping clean, beautiful work.
  • You love improving things and making them even better.
  • You’re fast, consistent, and don’t cut corners.
  • You can take a design and make it look even better on the real site.
  • You enjoy being part of a growing team that’s building something special.
