As part of our customer service team, you’ll work closely with property managers, housekeepers, and maintenance staff to ensure seamless guest support and smooth daily operations.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Customer Service Agent to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This is a fully remote role where you’ll handle guest calls, messages, and operational coordination using arenaflex systems and leading booking platforms.

You must be comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and using hospitality tools such as beds24 and the host side of booking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Remain logged into the arenaflex Voice app from 9 AM to 9 PM on Wed, Thurs, and Sat
  • Handle approximately 10–20 incoming calls and texts per day
  • Return missed calls within 15 minutes (miss rate must not exceed 10–15%)
  • Respond to guest inquiries using provided property information
  • Log cleaning and maintenance requests based on guest feedback
  • Notify the employer immediately of urgent issues (same-day/next-day cancellations, date changes, lockouts, etc.)
  • Participate in group chat on assigned days (notifications may be muted)
  • Assist guests with early check-in when units are ready
  • Check and respond to arenaflex messages twice daily (around 12 PM and 6–7 PM)
  • Review and respond to arenaflex and VRBO reviews weekly and log negative feedback
  • Assign housekeeping shifts based on daily emailed reports
  • Send a daily end-of-day email summary or “nothing to report” update

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of hospitality customer service experience
  • Strong knowledge of the host side of:
    • arenaflex
    • VRBO
    • Booking.com
    • Expedia
  • Hands-on experience with beds24 property management software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working directly with beds24
  • Familiarity with property management systems
  • Experience in remote customer service roles
  • Flexible mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities

Compensation & Benefits

    • $1,250 (October – March)
    • $1,350 (April – September)
