We are seeking a Remote Customer Experience Specialist and Full Stack Web Developer to join our team and contribute to both technology innovation and customer excellence.

Job Overview

As a remote team member, you will:

  • Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) and minimum viable products (MVPs) to validate architectures.
  • Write, maintain, and review code for front-end, back-end, and cloud-based systems.
  • Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance specifications.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve software architecture, documentation, and development processes.
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications on AWS, including EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFront.
  • Ensure scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure and optimize application performance.
  • Stay current with the latest AWS services and web development technologies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong experience in web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Ruby on Rails, Node.js, or Django.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services: EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Database experience (SQL) and Linux/Unix proficiency.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Commitment to data security and privacy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the airline or travel technology industry.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and frequent release cycles.
  • Previous hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure preferred.
