We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee web development projects from discovery through launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope.

Responsibilities

  • Manage website and digital projects end-to-end
  • Define and protect project scope, preventing scope creep
  • Forecast timelines, manage team capacity, and allocate resources efficiently
  • Oversee project budgets and protect profit margins
  • Run client meetings, provide structured updates, and manage escalations
  • Coordinate developers, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital solutions

Required Experience

  • Proven track record managing website builds and digital projects
  • Experience managing fixed-price budgets and protecting margin
  • Strong understanding of discovery phases, MVP launches, and ROI-focused projects
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Confident in client communication and escalation handling

  • Experience in digital marketing delivery
  • Capacity planning experience
  • Skilled at using AI to enhance project management output
  • Familiarity with Accelo or similar PM tools
  • Experience in small, founder-led agency environments
