Job Summary:

As an Epicor ERP Developer Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing, maintaining, and supporting our Epicor ERP platform. You will work closely with IT, operations, and business teams to design and implement customized solutions that align with strategic goals and improve business efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Epicor ERP modules using C#, BAQ, BPM, and dashboards
  • Collaborate with end-users to understand business processes and translate them into Epicor solutions
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and integrations with third-party applications
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to users
  • Create reports and dashboards using SSRS and Epicor tools
  • Ensure ERP documentation is complete, current, and accurate
  • Participate in data migrations, testing, and go-live activities
  • Follow best practices for ERP development and project management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Epicor ERP (preferably versions 10 or Kinetic)
  • Proficient in C#, SQL Server, SSRS, BAQ/BPM
  • Experience with customizations, integrations, and report writing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of REST APIs and service-oriented architecture
  • Familiarity with Epicor Application Studio
  • Experience with Epicor Advanced Print Routing and EDI integrations
  • Agile development experience a bonus
