Epic Certified Training Manager

Job Description

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Epic Certified Training Manager to oversee training policies, procedures, and classroom administration. This role involves managing role analysis, coordinating virtual training, and engaging end-users throughout the training process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage onboarding and engagement activities.

· Coordinate Epic class assignments and registration processes.

· Provide trainee information for Epic’s training platform.

· Ensure staff are assigned the correct Epic training tracks and registered for classes.

· Secure training rooms and equipment for virtual sessions.

· Set system access requirements and ensure end-user readiness.

Required Skills:

· Experience with Epic training coordination.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to manage onboarding and training processes efficiently.

· Experience with change management and end-user engagement.
