Responsibilities

  • Design, code, test, deploy, and maintain automated testing solutions
  • Provide automated test coverage for business functionality
  • Create test plans and test cases and coordinate release management activities
  • Triaging and tracking production defects
  • Recommend improvements to existing QA processes
  • Evaluate new tools and stay informed about industry QA trends
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases following best practices
  • Recreate production issues to identify root causes and verify fixes
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities

Qualifications

  • Entry-level or fresh graduates
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or any IT-related background (STEM Program)
  • Willingness to relocate nationwide
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills in software testing, DevOps, or business analysis
