Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and write daily entertainment news stories, celebrity features, listicles, and trend pieces
  • Stay on top of breaking celebrity updates, social media trends, and entertainment industry events
  • Craft compelling headlines and engaging introductions that hook readers instantly
  • Collaborate with editors and SEO teams to ensure content is optimized and timely
  • Fact-check thoroughly and maintain high editorial standards
  • Monitor traffic and audience engagement to refine future content strategies

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interest in celebrity culture, film, TV, music, and social media
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a sharp, witty voice
  • Ability to turn breaking news into publish-ready stories quickly and accurately
  • Familiarity with online publishing tools (WordPress, CMS platforms, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices (keywords, metadata, etc.)
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Journalism, communications, or related degree preferred (not required)
