Job Description

USA Winzons is hiring a results-driven Enterprise Account Lead to manage and grow strategic client relationships in the San Jose region. This remote role requires a confident leader who can serve as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, ensure exceptional service delivery, and identify new opportunities for account expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-value enterprise accounts across the San Jose region
  • Lead onboarding, implementation, and success planning for new and existing clients
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, driving long-term engagement
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through regular business reviews
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and deliver solutions
  • Track performance metrics, renewals, and account health remotely

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise account management or client leadership roles
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and virtual client engagement tools
  • Self-motivated and comfortable leading accounts in a fully remote setup
