Job Description

We are seeking an experienced freelancer / developer to review, troubleshoot, and enhance our existing Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

This project involves fixing critical issues, improving performance, and implementing enhancements to ensure a smooth recruitment workflow.

We are experiencing several challenges that need urgent attention.

Current Challenges

  • Login Form: Security vulnerabilities and inconsistent autofill behavior
  • Dropdowns: Storing unwanted browser history
  • Performance: Slow response when handling large candidate datasets
  • Search & Filter: Inaccurate or incomplete results
  • Resume Handling: Upload and parsing inconsistencies
  • UI/UX: Responsiveness issues on mobile and tablet devices
  • Role-Based Access: Needs stricter enforcement
  • Data Privacy: Safeguards need strengthening

Scope of Work

  • Analyze the current ATS architecture and workflows
  • Identify root causes of issues
  • Suggest practical improvements for system performance, usability, and security
  • Fix high-priority bugs and enhance existing features
  • Provide recommendations for future maintenance

Requirements

  • Proven experience with web application development, preferably ATS, HR tech, or recruitment platforms
  • Strong expertise in frontend & backend technologies relevant to your ATS
  • Experience with data handling, security best practices, and performance optimization
  • Ability to deliver reliable, production-ready fixes independently
