We are seeking an experienced freelancer / developer to review, troubleshoot, and enhance our existing Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
This project involves fixing critical issues, improving performance, and implementing enhancements to ensure a smooth recruitment workflow.

Current Challenges
- Login Form: Security vulnerabilities and inconsistent autofill behavior
- Dropdowns: Storing unwanted browser history
- Performance: Slow response when handling large candidate datasets
- Search & Filter: Inaccurate or incomplete results
- Resume Handling: Upload and parsing inconsistencies
- UI/UX: Responsiveness issues on mobile and tablet devices
- Role-Based Access: Needs stricter enforcement
- Data Privacy: Safeguards need strengthening
Scope of Work
- Analyze the current ATS architecture and workflows
- Identify root causes of issues
- Suggest practical improvements for system performance, usability, and security
- Fix high-priority bugs and enhance existing features
- Provide recommendations for future maintenance
Requirements
- Proven experience with web application development, preferably ATS, HR tech, or recruitment platforms
- Strong expertise in frontend & backend technologies relevant to your ATS
- Experience with data handling, security best practices, and performance optimization
- Ability to deliver reliable, production-ready fixes independently
