💼 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager – Web & Mobile Apps to lead the successful delivery of Curelo’s web and mobile product roadmap.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers across full-stack, backend, and mobile domains
  • Ensure timely feature launches with high technical quality
  • Drive process improvements in collaboration with Product and Design teams
  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle — from development to deployment and maintenance

This is a leadership role requiring both technical depth and strong people management skills.

👨‍💻 Experience Requirements

  • 7+ years of overall engineering experience
  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership or engineering management role
  • Hands-on experience leading web and mobile product development teams

🛠 Technical Expertise Required

  • Strong expertise in:
    • React (Frontend)
    • Node.js (Backend)
  • Experience with mobile platforms:
    • Flutter
    • iOS
    • Android
  • Proven experience owning:
    • Development
    • Deployment
    • Maintenance cycles
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Code quality & architecture
    • Automated testing
    • Security best practices
    • Scalability & performance optimization

  • Own end-to-end development and release cycles for web and mobile applications
  • Lead, mentor, and grow engineers across full stack and mobile domains
  • Implement and enforce best practices in:
    • Coding standards
    • Testing strategies
    • CI/CD & release management
  • Actively participate in:
    • Code reviews
    • Design reviews
  • Ensure technical excellence, security, and scalability across products
  • Collaborate closely with Product & Design teams to align engineering with business goals
  • Manage sprint planning, release schedules, and delivery tracking
  • Monitor team performance and ensure consistent execution
