About the Role

As part of the Advanced Manufacturing group, you will contribute to the design, engineering, and construction of complex electrical systems that support high-performance infrastructure environments. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors while working on cutting-edge projects that shape the future of smart and resilient infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems for data centers and other mission-critical facilities, including power distribution, UPS, emergency power, grounding, lighting, and low-voltage communications.
- Develop engineering designs and construction documentation aligned with project requirements and industry standards.
- Perform technical reviews and ensure quality across design packages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams in a fast-paced project environment.
- Support on-site construction activities through coordination with clients, owners, and contractors.
- Contribute to project scope, schedule, and budget management.
- Assist with retrofit and modernization projects for existing facilities to meet evolving client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medium- and low-voltage distribution systems and building electrical design.
- Strong knowledge of industrial facility design principles.
- Working knowledge of Revit or BIM tools.
- Familiarity with NFPA 70 (NEC) standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Data center facility design experience (3+ years).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with large-scale or greenfield infrastructure projects.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $97,700 – $134,400 (based on experience, skills, and location).
