As a Traffic Customer Service & Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for managing traffic-related data and providing customer service support. Your role is crucial in ensuring accurate data management and delivering top-notch customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input traffic-related data into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital formats.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and provide support related to traffic data and services.
  • Data Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of traffic data before entering it into the system.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update databases to ensure traffic information is current and accurate.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and organize traffic documents for data entry.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Reporting: Generate reports and summaries from traffic data as required.
  • Collaboration: Work with different departments to gather necessary traffic data and ensure accurate entry.

Qualifications:
