About the Role

We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Ads Expert with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across leading online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have expertise in performance marketing, listing optimization, and improving return on ad spend (ROAS), especially for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute advertising strategies across Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
  • Optimize product listings to improve visibility, conversions, and rankings.
  • Analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS through keyword bidding and budget optimization.
  • Monitor key metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting.
  • Identify high-performing keywords and trends to scale sales.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for high-converting listings.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithms and policy changes.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in marketplace advertising (Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra).
  • Proven track record of improving ROAS and reducing ACOS.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and marketplace algorithms.
  • Experience with D2C brand growth (preferred).
  • Expertise in keyword research, ad bidding, and competitor analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Seller Central, Seller Hub, and partner portals.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
