Responsibilities
• Create Engaging Lessons: Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for both in-person and remote settings, adhering to 5th-grade curriculum and state standards.
• Foster a Positive Environment: Build a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere, whether in the classroom or online.
• Assess and Adapt: Monitor student progress and tailor your teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student success and address any concerns.
• Manage the Classroom: Implement effective strategies for classroom management in both in-person and virtual environments.
• Stay Connected: Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians about student progress and upcoming events.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid Colorado Teaching License for 5th grade.
• Previous teaching experience is preferred.
• Comfortable with both in-person and virtual teaching platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
