🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Backend Development

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Django
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs
  • Integrate front-end components with server-side logic
  • Optimize applications for speed and scalability

🔹 Code Quality & Maintenance

  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Continuously improve development processes and code quality

🔹 Collaboration

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers
  • Contribute to planning, architecture discussions, and technical decisions

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Python and Django framework
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Experience building RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)
  • Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite
  • Experience with version control systems like Git
  • Understanding of deployment tools and environments (Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
