Job Description

USA Winzons is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Distribution Strategy Coordinator to support the planning and optimization of our national distribution network. In this fully remote role, you will coordinate shipping flows, support distribution analytics, and work closely with operations teams to enhance performance across all fulfillment zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing strategic distribution plans
• Coordinate inventory movement, shipping schedules, and partner logistics
• Track distribution performance metrics (cost, speed, accuracy)
• Prepare reports and insights to support supply chain decision-making
• Communicate with warehouses, logistics vendors, and internal teams
• Support special projects focused on scaling and improving distribution

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain, or fulfillment strategy
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP/WMS systems, and logistics platforms
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid logistics environment is a plus
