Distribution Performance Supervisor (Remote Role)

Job Description

USA Winzons is looking for a detail-driven and performance-focused Distribution Performance Supervisor to oversee and enhance operational output across our nationwide distribution channels. This fully remote role requires close coordination with warehouse teams, shipping partners, and logistics leaders to monitor KPIs, identify inefficiencies, and implement performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily distribution activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Track and report on KPIs such as delivery timelines, order accuracy, and cost control
• Identify areas of underperformance and implement corrective action plans
• Coordinate with fulfillment centers, inventory managers, and transport teams
• Support process optimization and the rollout of operational best practices
• Conduct virtual audits and performance reviews for distribution hubs

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Operations
• 3–5 years of experience in distribution supervision or logistics performance management
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency with WMS, logistics reporting tools, and Excel
• Experience managing or evaluating remote teams is a plus
