Job Description

USA Winzons is looking for a highly organized and operations-savvy Distribution Center Manager to oversee the daily functions and strategic performance of distribution hubs—remotely managing site teams, streamlining operations, and ensuring seamless fulfillment processes. This role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and experience managing logistics from a remote or hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of distribution centers through virtual coordination and reporting
  • Lead, train, and manage remote and on-site logistics staff
  • Monitor order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipment accuracy
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and delivery standards
  • Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and customer service teams

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience managing distribution centers or warehouse operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills in a remote/hybrid setting
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and solve logistical challenges
