Role Overview

As a Direct Support Professional / Caregiver, you will play a key role in improving the daily lives of individuals by assisting with daily-living skills, engaging in activities, and promoting participation in the community. This role is rewarding for those who are compassionate, patient, and eager to make a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in developing and maintaining daily-living and social skills
• Engage in community activities to promote independence and productivity
• Maintain compliance with annual 24-hour training requirements
• Drive individuals safely in your personal vehicle to community activities

Required Experience & Education

• High School Diploma or GED minimum
• Compassionate and dedicated to the well-being of others
• Willingness to undergo background checks
• Valid Driver’s License and personal auto insurance
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied schedules
