Overview

Our client, a leading healthcare marketing agency, is seeking a Remote Performance Marketing Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, remote position for candidates residing in ET, CT, or MT time zones. Reporting to the Paid Search Director, the role focuses on managing paid search campaigns, attribution models, and local SEO strategies across healthcare clients. The ideal candidate enjoys working with clean data, accurate tracking, and performance-driven campaigns, and thrives in an independent, accountable, and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of PPC & SEO digital marketing experience in an agency environment required
  • 2+ years of analytics and conversion tracking experience required
  • Google Ads experience required
  • Google Tag Manager experience required
  • Experience with call tracking tools such as CallRail or Invoca required
  • Strong GA4 experience required
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Looker Studio required
  • Understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Healthcare marketing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns for healthcare clients
  • Build and analyze GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM-integrated attribution models
  • Conduct keyword audits, prune negative keywords, and track ROAS and CPL
  • Implement and troubleshoot tracking for forms, calls, and CRM uploads
  • Create dashboards integrating Google Ads, GA4, CallRail, and CRM data
  • Execute local SEO strategies and Google Business Profile optimization for multi-location clients
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams to support technical and on-page SEO
  • Support paid social campaigns and manage Meta Pixel tracking
  • Run A/B tests to improve ad performance and conversion rates
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate offline conversion tracking
