About the Internship
World Vision internships are structured three-month learning experiences created to help emerging professionals build practical skills while contributing to real projects.
As part of the Public Engagement team, this role focuses on sharing World Vision’s mission across social media and digital platforms, helping raise awareness of global challenges facing children and communities.
Interns work alongside experienced professionals and are encouraged to bring creativity, curiosity, and initiative to their assignments.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role blends creativity, analysis, and storytelling. Interns may be involved in:
- Supporting the day-to-day management of World Vision’s social media platforms
- Creating engaging content and digital assets aligned with ongoing campaigns
- Monitoring and analyzing engagement metrics to identify what resonates most with audiences
- Optimizing evergreen content to communicate World Vision’s mission across multiple channels
- Assisting with digital storytelling that highlights sustainable relief and community development work

Location & Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Be physically located in one of the approved US states where World Vision is registered
- Commit to at least 24 hours per week throughout the internship period
- Be a current student or a recent graduate (within the last two years)
- Align with and adhere to World Vision International’s Christian Statement of Faith
- Be willing to use personal electronic devices with required security software
Internship Compensation & Schedule
Although the internship is classified as unpaid, all US-based interns receive:
- A monthly stipend of USD 800
- Flexible scheduling options (part-time or full-time)
- Structured learning and mentorship throughout the programme
