Role Overview

Join Alliance Payroll Services as a Full Stack C# Developer and help develop innovative features for their SaaS HR applications. You’ll be involved in the entire development lifecycle, from front-end coding to back-end business logic and SQL Server integration. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy hands-on work in a small, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and maintain full-stack code for web applications and APIs.
• Develop features for Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Employee Self Service, Payroll, and HR systems.
• Support, troubleshoot, and enhance applications used by thousands of clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external developers to ensure smooth integration.
• Contribute to system improvements, performance optimization, and bug fixes.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with ability to collaborate in a small, tight-knit team.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• UI/UX design skills.
• VB.NET or Mobile Development experience.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• GIS knowledge.
• Familiarity with Git/version control.
