About the Role

Alliance Payroll Services is seeking a Full Stack C# Developer to help build and enhance its SaaS HR software solutions. This role involves end-to-end development across the full stack, including front-end interfaces, ASP.NET business logic, SQL Server databases, and APIs that support thousands of clients and hundreds of thousands of users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, write, and maintain full-stack code for web applications and APIs.
  • Collaborate with a small development team on Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Employee Self Service, Payroll, and HR systems.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems for reliability and performance.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external developers to ensure smooth integration.
  • Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience with C#, ASP.NET, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a small team environment.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

  • UI/UX design experience
  • VB.NET or Mobile Development
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • GIS experience
  • Git/version control
