Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Team Lead / Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with project delivery responsibilities, acting as the primary point of contact for the team and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and configuration of full-stack applications
• Act as the primary point of contact for delivery and technical issues
• Mentor and guide team members, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and Agile processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Oversee project delivery and maintain high standards for code quality and application performance

Required Technical Skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Extensive experience in Full Stack Java development, including Angular, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
• Proven track record of leading enterprise projects using Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate between stakeholders and development teams
• Eligible to work in the US: US Citizen or Green Card
