- Must be 19+ in: Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and West Virginia
- Access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (varies by city)
- Valid driver’s license number
- Social Security number (U.S. only)
- Consistent access to a smartphone
