In this fully remote role, you’ll work closely with leadership to analyze trends, evaluate performance, and guide business choices through actionable analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational, hiring, and financial data to support executive decision-making
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership teams
- Translate data findings into clear business recommendations
- Identify areas for performance improvement and cost optimization
- Collaborate across departments to define KPIs and track success metrics
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business/data analysis or decision support
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in a remote or cross-functional work environment is a plus
