🔑 Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for data systems, networks, and software applications.

Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.

Assist with system updates, installations, and configurations.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner.

Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes are followed.

Document technical processes and provide user support where needed.
