Job Description

USA Winzons is hiring a forward-thinking Data Strategy Associate to support data-driven planning and innovation across our remote hiring and operations ecosystem. In this fully remote role, you will work closely with senior analysts and business leaders to align data initiatives with strategic goals, ensuring our teams leverage data effectively for growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of company-wide data strategies
  • Analyze operational and market data to guide business planning
  • Help define and track KPIs aligned with strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data needs and streamline workflows
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership based on data insights
  • Assist in evaluating new data tools, platforms, and analytics opportunities

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in analytics, strategy, or business intelligence roles
  • Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • A strategic mindset with attention to detail and a passion for data
  • Experience working remotely or across departments is a plus
