Data Scientist with Python Gen AI/ML

Job Description

We’re looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Python, Generative AI, and AWS Cloud to architect and implement next-generation AI/ML solutions. If you’re passionate about building scalable LLM-powered systems and leading innovative AI initiatives, this opportunity is for you.

🔹 What You’ll Do
• Architect and implement AI solutions using LLMs, LangChain, and Machine Learning
• Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions on AWS using Python
• Build, fine-tune, and optimize models to improve performance and accuracy
• Design advanced architectures (e.g., enhanced RAG approaches, custom frameworks) when off-the-shelf solutions fall short
• Lead end-to-end AI system development with responsible AI principles
• Develop data pipelines using SQL and Snowflake for model training and inference
• Integrate NLP-driven text data into AI architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Guide teams on best practices, frameworks, and scalable ML architectures

🔹 What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience with Python, GenAI, NLP, AI/ML, and LLMs
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services for AI solution deployment
• Experience building and fine-tuning models in production environments
• Expertise in designing scalable AI architectures and data pipelines
• Leadership mindset with ability to mentor and guide teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
