📍 Location: Remote (U.S.) — Based out of Nashville
🔹 Primary Purpose
The Data Scientist will develop, implement, and manage predictive modeling projects end-to-end, communicate insights to stakeholders, and ensure successful deployment and monitoring of models that drive business value and competitive advantage.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Execute data science projects in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders
- Build, prototype, and deploy machine learning models in both sandbox and production environments
- Develop reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics and insights
- Assist in designing and maintaining end-to-end ETL pipelines
- Explore new internal data sources and evaluate their business utility
- Present modeling challenges, findings, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
🔹 Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in predictive modeling, data science, or analytics
- Proficiency in Python or R, including notebook environments
- Experience with data exploration, wrangling, and feature engineering
- Knowledge of common supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and libraries
