Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:
• Formulate problems, extract and analyze data from multiple systems, summarize findings, and develop visual representations with actionable recommendations.
• Interact with developers, UX designers, product managers, and senior executives to understand project requirements and demonstrate model performance and business value.
• Continuously learn and discover new ways to leverage ADP data to create products, services, and insights.
• Collaborate with team members, listen to needs, find solutions, and present projects and findings to peers and leadership.

About You

The company is looking for:
• Completion of at least 3 years of a 4-year Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of a 2-year Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Prior experience in Java, C++, SQL; distributed computing tools such as Apache Hadoop, Apache Hive, or Apache Spark; Oracle, MongoDB; and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Self-starter with a high-reaching, unstoppable attitude and perseverance.
• Insatiable appetite to learn, grow, question, and challenge existing methods.
• Agile problem solver able to find solutions in fast-paced environments.
