About the Role

As a Data Science Associate, you will work with real-world datasets, support analytics and AI-driven projects, and contribute to building data-backed solutions that help clients make informed business decisions. The role offers structured training, expert mentorship, and hands-on exposure to industry-standard tools and methodologies in data science.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Assist in developing predictive models and machine learning solutions under guidance
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers
• Document analytical processes, methodologies, and results for knowledge sharing
• Participate in technical and professional training sessions
• Support data-driven decision-making for client and internal projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
  • Computer Science
  • Data Science
  • Statistics
  • Mathematics
  • Or a related field
• Basic understanding of data analytics, statistics, and machine learning concepts
• Proficiency or foundational knowledge in:
  • Python, R, SQL, Excel
  • Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• High attention to detail and accuracy with large datasets
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Experience

• Fresh graduates from 2023, 2024, or 2025 batches are eligible
• Academic projects, internships, or certifications in data science or analytics are preferred but not mandatory

Working Hours & Location

• Full-time role (typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Flexibility may be required based on project needs and client timelines
• Work model may be on-site, hybrid, or remote, depending on project allocation and company policy

• Understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and ML fundamentals
• Ability to interpret and analyze complex datasets
