USA Winzons is seeking a curious and detail-focused Data Research Analyst to conduct in-depth research, analyze key data sets, and uncover actionable insights that support hiring strategies, market trends, and operational performance. In this fully remote role, you will gather, interpret, and communicate complex data in a way that drives strategic decisions across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research using internal and external data sources
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support recruitment, logistics, and business strategy
  • Collect and clean data from surveys, databases, and public sources
  • Build reports and summaries that present findings in a clear, actionable format
  • Collaborate with analytics, HR, and operations teams to align research with business goals
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Market Research, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a research or data analysis role
  • Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and data research techniques
  • Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Sheets
  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and written communication skills
  • Experience working remotely or in cross-functional virtual teams is a plus
