Job Description

USA Winzons is seeking a detail-oriented Data Reporting Specialist to create, manage, and improve reports that drive business insights across hiring, logistics, and operations. This fully remote role requires strong technical skills in data handling, reporting tools, and visualization, along with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain operational dashboards and scheduled reports
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources (ATS, CRM, logistics systems, etc.)
  • Build custom reports to support hiring trends, fulfillment performance, and workforce metrics
  • Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and automate regular reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
  • Present key findings in clear formats to stakeholders and leadership

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Google Sheets, or Python is a plus
  • Excellent communication and data visualization skills
  • Experience working in a remote environment is preferred
